Its a saturday I only live 15 mins from Bamford Clough happy to meet at mine or somewhere in Derbyshire maybe Ladybower ?
Not sure what time vehicles are due this year, cant seem to find much info but last year it was 8.45 ish.Open to ideas could make day of it if anybody fancies it spin round Peaks in the afternoon.

For those that came out on the ride I set up the other year... Bamford is the lane of so much enjoyment!!!

The two guys who rode up it on MT's at last year's Edinburgh sailed up it no problem. One did have softer rear shocks, I seem to recall

I have to say the Bamford lane is a bit of pot luck, sections of it are concrete, I had a bit to much weight over the front end and lost momentum, the rider behind me didn't... so a tail light lens was required. The main problem then was getting the bikes back up without going base over apex. It was just easier to turn round and take a full run at it again. The guys in the +2" lifted landys who were taking the piss had to take 2 shots at bits of it so we got to laugh at them too.
It really is a case of get the right gear and go!!!!
By the time we got to Stanage edge after that we were all well bushed!

Unfortunately i fell off on the first test and lost them.
I am hoping my weekend in Wales has improved my riding.
