I've got one on one of my bikes and I'm moving it on to my recent project along with new headers and mid section. It appears to be a well made silencer and is a bit noisier than the original.

The loom is now on, have just ordered a battery, so should be live very soon.... :D
just little bits and bobs to do now, before it is completed, and hope to start it very soon, when I get the silencer back....

Hi,
Great rebuild and fantastic attention to detail! Hope youll bring it to the next stafford show as well. I never documented the rebuild of my 350 (minter!) and wish i had now. I was lucky that nearly all the rebuild parts where new. I've now started a 500 project, unfortunately i will have to recondition many parts and was interested as to the coating you have on many of the nuts bolts etc.. I missed your snailcams on a well known auction site and have now put 2 and 2 together! What is it and where can it be done?.,
Finally great job on the wheels, were they done locally too?

Cant wait to see (and listen) to the finished machine! :)

Hi,
all the black bolts bits etc, were done in black zinc, had it done by griff reality motorworks in bristol, he also did the powder coating, an excellent job was done, and I am very pleased with the result, :D
