I got some family problems so can't make for the weekend but will visit on the Saturday, and maybe go for a ride on the lanes (2up).

CALLING ALL NEWBIS come along to THE BIG MEAT. This is a great opportunity for anybody new to the club to meet other club members and find out a bit of information on your new bike, and to sort out any problems that you may have with it.
Ere is a list of possible activities that you could be taking part in.
1 Mooching around campsite boozing all day
2 Discovery ride around the area, watch gliding at Long Mynd Gliding club
3 Green Laning (curently been looked into by Geoff).
4 Maintenance/ specific job demonstrations by Minter and others depending on who brakes down.
5 RAF Cosford (I suspect that Mr Shinny may know a bit about this).
6 Piss up in local pub
7 The opportunity to sample the fine dining experience, that is to be had in the MT Club Canvas Canteen.
and all for only 36 of your British pounds, of which I have now paid so see ya there.

Just checked and Stafford is 1hr 45 mins away from the campsite so I think I'll go there on my way home on the Sunday

I'm not sure whether I'll be well enough to do the Offroad ride, but even if I have to hang around the campsite all day it'll still be a fantastic event
