its a little more involved that just fitting the barrel and head as the 350 crank is a shorter stroke i am fitting a 500 crank

the 350 oil pump is a less capacity output so a 500 oil pump needs to go in

the 350 Balance shaft is to light so a 604 one is used in the 500E motor so i will be useing the 604 balance shaft

I have placed the 500 barrel on the crank case and it fits without machineing

I will keep this updated as I go and may as well Make a DVD after all i wasnt going to as i just wanted to get on with it but if it is going to help people in the future then it is worth doing
