The mods are fine if they mean the bike can be used rather than not, A vast improvment on folks who give up on a bike (500 exelent example) because its 'not right' for me....or are comparing it to a modern bike or bike designed for other enviroments.
Lowuk, well done for making your ride somthing special and not giving in to the 'oh well I'll just buy a new bike then'. you have somthing unique and purpose-full. The mods are great because you use them all, not right for all but spot on for you.
Shame on all the 'car drivers with a motorbike licence' for whom the weather has not been 'just right' yet.....
