Hi all just to say that i can make it to the meet and will be coming in the van due to picking up a mt so also i will bring a large bbq and logs firewood so if any one wants to through food on, there are well come to do so unless there has been other food that has been laid on, i cannot see if anyone has arranged anything

i would normally make a batch of gruel up for us as i usually put the bike in the van,

A few extra comments

we are aware that it has been difficult to contact the workhouse by email or phone to make bookings . And our weekend is not available on Booking.com (really just so it is for our club that weekend and not the general public)
Please pay the workhouse by bank transfer per details on 1st part of this post .
(they will provide me with a list of who has paid, as they always do )
not ideal but the workhouse are staffed by volunteers (like our club) and I dont think they have the people available to monitor phones and emails .

However , If you would prefer to pay the MTRC directly , I am opening up our account for bookings , (which I will monitor every few days and will be acknowledged )

PLEASE pay in advance . It is important we can gauge how many are coming in advance , and I don't want to be spending time running around collecting cash that weekend on arrivals if I can help it .


a few other things ,
I am asking for the bar to be open for us at the workhouse on the Friday and Saturday evening
Also asking for breakfasts to be available to purchase on Sat and Sun morning (to be paid by cash at the time)

no other catering has been arranged . for those who have not been before , the village of Llanfyllin is withing walking distance and there is a pavement . Pubs and food available in the village

No organised ride outs have been arranged ,(sorry but we have a smaller number of people running the MTRC these days ) but hopefully you can arrange yourselves into small groups and do your own thing .
Big meet has always been aimed at being a social event where we can all meet up, old and new friends , talk bikes , have a few drinks in the evenings and have a laugh .

Club Shop will be there (Steve is bringing ) for your MT merchandise . We should be able to take payment by card machine (we have just bought one ) , but please bring cash just in case the phone signal plays up - this is rural Wales !
