I've been looking all over the country for one for about 10 years and the ones I found would have several thousand miles and they would want like $15,000 for it

Surprising, I've seen them popping up on ebay with ultra low miles -usually with a Buy it Now of $8,000 or so

I've seen them for around that price also. I got mine for 5000 so I was happy about that considering the price you usually see them at over here.
