I will also be making a dvd for this so it can be watched step by step I havnt got anything on the strip down
Im hoping to cover bolt sizes Bla Bla on the dvd

This is just what I need. Fantastic. I picked my first MT350 up on Wednesday and will be filming the rebuild for a DVD as we prepare it for a trip to North Africa. Just finished the 4x4 version in a land rover and now onto the 2 wheel version! RuggedGuide.com

Craig, do you think you might have a problem with wrapping the loom where it goes around the headstock? only if it's wrapped tight it will tend to act like one big cable and not move and flex like they do when the cables float loosely in a bit of sleeving.
