Correct, they are upside down this photo was taken before we turned them up the right way.

At a place I worked at they sold Hagon shocks as a replacement part ofr bmw K bikes. They got complaints form customers saying they wernt working. turned out that Hagon them selves had put there stickers on upside down confusing everybody! once they shock was mounted the "wrong way round" it worked... :roll:
