What i did last summer

Looking through my phone at some old pics and finding bluetooth connection.
I went through France and down to Spain last summer and here are a few pics.
I never go on motorways allways A roads seem to have more pleasure going through little villages and at a lower speed on average do 200 miles a day.
I think pictures say more than words
Following a river through France came to this on the side of the road

I have been meaning to visit le Viaduc de Millau since it has been built followed the A road that goes alongside the motorway in the distance you can see the bridge.The road has a little sign that says viewpoint and i followed the little lane for about 5 miles came round the corner to this view i was very impressed



This is a camspsite in valley that the bridge crosses.This is after 4 days and needed a break so got here at lunch time and could not think of a better place to have a rest.I have stayed at a few sites and this is one of the best




After a few hours i was joined by a few locals



Got down to the France Spain border left the campsite early chain came at 7.30am got round the corner to this all the swearing seemed worth it

Exelent one superb sights, you seem to have the same problem as me with photographs; as it was pointed out to me, 'theres a great chuffing bike parked in them all'

I'm sat here looking out of the window on a cold & wet January day and then I see Howard's photos and my mind goes back to last summer. My MT decided to be "ill" and Howard who was in the area offered his help. One day we had a ride to Andora and bought a crate of beer to share with Bunker and the boys. Howard couldn't resist doing wheelies through the tunnels, ah memories. Let's hope in 2012 we have more good rides.

Come to think of it, when we were in Normandy, Howard wasted no opportunity to spice up his riding. And why not, this summer he might be spending some time on nappy changing duty.........

If you look at the time i posted this i was on feeding duty and waiting for wind.
Been meaning to put these pictures on for a while and like Dave said outside having a smoke in the early hours cold and wet thinking of days in Spain.
Not got all clear for this year but will try to sort out something.
