Best way I found so far is with a bandsaw, the jigsaw blades heat up, melt the ally filings and clog up, the bandsaw blade is so long it doesn't retain as much heat.nickp500 wrote:The angle grinder worked ok with a very thin stainless steel cutting blade in.
