despite popular belief am not bored of my mt's and will carry this project forward soon. will start the frame prime and paint it as it will not cost me anything

Ok Massive change of plan this bike will now be modified for offroading.

Mods intended

USD forks
ccm swinger and shock
modern petrol tank and seat plus plastics
redesigned loom
and loose as much uneeded weight as pos

Thats good glad youre keeping it... thing is though its already an 'off rode bike'. So why not just buy some proper tyres, and fit a plastic headlight/dash to loose a bit of 'handlebar' weight? Titanium is expensive! If youve got oodles to spend i'd just buy a KTM! :)

I have all these parts if your interested?
USD front end from Aprilia Pegaso Complete still attached to the bike.
Complete rear shock, swing arm, caliper, brackets, rear master cylinder. supermoto rear wheel (no spindle, wheel bearings, or brake disc)
CCM 604 wrap around fuel tank, and seat.
CCM frame with brackets for mono shock.

Thinking that minter is right i might just put this back together standard sell this and my other mt and one of my xj600's i own and buy a ktm. only issue with ktm is that they are slow as they arnt green :lol:

Just shifted the bike arund the shed today as i need space of other spares i have. Pretty sad to seeing it laying in pieces.

But a good thing is my mate wants to help out on the rebuild we've decided to make it show room condition, so this will be a slow rebuild but hopefully well documented.

When works more stable il get it all shot blasted
