Cheers Dave, its just been brought to my attention that I am babysitting on wednesdays, and have a fixed day of work on the thursday, so maybe I will have to join you when you get a bit closer to home.
As for a pub to to end at near sedbury, then can I suggest The Boat in Chepstow, or the Ferry in Sedbury (can be found directly under the Severn Bridge, and is where I took my picture of my bike).

To date I have emailed twelve PDFs to members who have shown an interest in joining this run. The PDFs give details re campsites, breakfast stop, start point, lunch stop, daily route sheets etc.
Since I compiled this three members have come forward with an additional three "brew" stops - one for TEA and two for BEER!
Wirralman's sister has very kindly offered us a TEA STOP BREW at Pant and Ellrider has come up with what should be a good lunch stop for the second day near Pandy, The Skirrid Mountain Inn. This inn dates back to 1100AD and comes complete with a ghost - worth a read up in Wikipedia. Finally, if the ghost doesn't get us, Franc has suggested a watering hole just down the road from the finish point at Sedbury, the Old Ferry Inn at Beachley.

I will give exact locations later.

I did a 'mystery eater' test today on the pub for the Wednesday evening meet-up. I thought the licensee and his wife were very welcoming and the food was excellent (the kids thought the chicken nuggets were good too). I spotted a range of beers, a selection of seven malts, a pool table, darts board and some tremendous views. It should get the event off to a cracking start. Nice one Dave.

I knew you'd like that bit Ellrider, not for you the good grub and hospitality, the ales and malts, the hustling and the arras. Forgot to mention the roaring log fire, you'll like that as well of course.
