A long rebuild

Post by mustaphapint » Mon Aug 01, 2011 6:52 pm

Started to dismantle my 640 at the weekend. The frame needs powdercoating so it's going to be a full strip down. It'll take a while as I can only spend the odd weekend aproximately once a month on it so i'm expecting it to be off the road for over a year.
This is to prepare the bike for our long planned grand tour to Turkey and perhaps beyond in 2013.

Thanks for the offer Ian. You're quite near to me but unfortunately we're both a long way from the bike. I haven't got room to do it down here so it's in my garage in Derbyshire which is why it's going to be rather a long job.

Long job, try my on-going   lethargic attempts - bike looks good though!
