Where do you get those number plates from?

Well done on the rebuild, really novel look.

If your carbs running lean you could drill out the plug and access the master air/fuel mixture screw. there is a blanked out plug that covers it on the bottom front end of the carb.
Ive just done this with info here and on harley websites (our carb is the same as the sportster 883).

I did it yesterday and running has been much better - more top end and I didn't need the idle screw so far in.

They are classed as show plates so it's a case of take your chance on a fine if you get pulled by a jobsworth I do carry both yellow and black as you can see on the last pic it's got yellow on but still three line I get them here

Thanks guys for all the comments I think it will be just about impossible to go out without being spotted,
sort of makes my urban cammo a bit pointless :lol:

The paint, Madstu was done by using gravity fed touch up guns Ă‚ÂŁ12 each inc. free delivery and it is a joint effort by my friend Tim and me but he is the artistic one and it is a first attempt for us both

Once again I very much appreciate the great feedback from all you guys makes the effort seem even more worthwile
