Started spraying head barrels and gearbox now finished. Will order my last bits now then put the engine back together.

Once this engine is complete i will start my own engine which will be a bit diffrent.

The plan is bbq black crankcase head and barrels then sidecasing, cambelt cover and alternator cover will be black gloss if i can get them i will use chrome screws and nuts and also paint the rotax white..

Pete Low wrote:Matt, don't use chromed screws. Slot head or Allen, the chrome always wears from the scewdriver or Allen key and then shows rust. Go for stainless fasteners, less sparkle, but their gleam lasts forever.

Thanks pete.
