Re: Pennine Way Run 2011
Sorry to hear you had a wet run home Brian. I tootled down the quiet side of the Vale of York (i.e. not on the A1) late morning and home via Knaresboro'. Strong westerly as you say, but dry this side of the Pennines.
Thanks for making me feel so welcome. I still owe Eric for a pint,,, of milk.

Re: Pennine Way Run 2011
Cheers to Dave for organising a great run, I was gutted to have to drop out on the Saturday afternoon when my Yam Tenere XT660Z suffered a reg/rectifier problem having been (embarrassingly) pressed into service for the run 'cos my MT500 wasn't running!!! Got Tenere running eventually and made it home and it's now fine after some mods to the electrics.
Thanks again Dave and the others who completed the weekend, hope to go along and actually finish the next event!!!
Cheers, Steve.
