This appears to be a great settup, we have a local(ish) disused quarry that is unofficially used as a motorcross playground, the authorities tolerate the use as it keeps the bikes in one area rather than all over the woodlands, we are planning on paying it a visit.
I will also be approaching a known farmer, who is Motorcycle mad, he has a few feilds that run alongside a river near Monmouth, I am hoping to find some access to shallows to attemp a river crossing, or just simply play in some deep water for those who feel the need to try and turn amphibious. :D

Thought I'd resserect this thread as we need to start looking for confirmations soonish.

So if you scroll up to to the previous page there is post from me list all the information we need know.

Also If their is enough interest we can get hold of a keg (or 2) of Real beer to have at the campsite for the evening and I shold be able to get this cheap enough to make it Ă‚ÂŁ1 per pint run on an honesty box basis. A keg is 88 pints (Local brewery - Wickwar Ales http://www.wickwarbrewing.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - Bob is very popular here)
If you are interested in this could you give an indication of how many pints you estimate consuming??

I'm sure we can get hold of p**s-water (lager) and fizzy apple (cider) juice if people want that instead.

Still on for me as mentioned in this thread previously, Although one breakfast on saturday morning should be sufficiant! :D

Fantastic! Organised with true military precision! Like it!

[quote="fantastic mister fox"]

We will need to know in advance:

How many nights you are staying
Fri night and sat night
Where you wish to stay
Back of my old van
How many breakfasts you want
2 Sat morn, Sun Morn
If you want Pirates BBQ on the Friday
Yes please
How many evening meals you would like in the Pub
1 Sat eve

In additon we are planning Treasure hunt style navigation challenge on the Friday, who would be interested in this?? (GPS units will be forbidden on this - so I'll be rubbish then)
Yep i'm up for a bit of a Nav Ex!

On the saturday there will be a trail ride, We need to know how easy or hard you would like it (really easy stuff is difficult to come by in Wye Valley).Harder than a hard thing!

I won't be drinking much so count me out of the real ale clan!

Sorry for the lack of updates, the event is still on course, and everybody is rearing to go. 8-)
Waiting for Matt, and Simon to return from Morroco before making any final plans, event is run as you turn up on the day, pay and play.
Stay tuned for more info soon. ;)
