Update:

As Franc has already mentioned camping is £5 per night in the Scout ground from Friday to Sunday. (If you want to arrive Thurs let us know and we shall hopefully make arrangements).

On the friday night Pirate is planning on running BBQ (we can move it inside if weather is poor)

Food in the pub (the Fountain Inn around the corner.)

Breakfast: Full English £5.95 (I think a veggie option is available)

The Following Meals are available in the evening at £5 per head
Chicken and Mushroom Pie, Chunks of chicken breast, mushrooms and cream sauce, topped with a puff pastry lid.
Lamb Hot Pot, Tender pieces of Lamb and vegetables cooked in a rich gravy topped with sliced potato.
Cod in Batter, Served with chips and peas
Vegetable Lasagne, Layers of pasta and vegetables, topped with cheese.
Ham, Egg and Chips
Cauliflower Cheese, Selected florets in a smooth cheese sauce.
Chicken Korma, A mildly spiced curry sauce, with cream and coconut.

In addition the Pub offer both B&B accomodation or a Bunkhouse.

If you wish to book the B&B then conatct the pub on 01594 562189 Rooms are £43 for a single or £62 for a double or twin.

If you wish to stay in the Dorm bunk house then we need a minimum of 9 and a Maximum of 32 people for £11 per night with £5 required for linen. If you wish to do this then let us know and we shall book this for you.

Every thing we have sorted is optional and you can take part in as much as you want to:

We will need to know in advance:

How many nights you are staying
Where you wish to stay
How many breakfasts you want
If you want Pirates BBQ on the Friday
How many evening meals you would like in the Pub

In additon we are planning Treasure hunt style navigation challenge on the Friday, who would be interested in this?? (GPS units will be forbidden on this - so I'll be rubbish then)

On the saturday there will be a trail ride, We need to know how easy or hard you would like it (really easy stuff is difficult to come by in Wye Valley).

If some one wants to lead a road ride then a volunteer would be greatfully recived.
