Latest 350 Rebuild

Post by Mr Shiney » Fri Nov 12, 2010 4:36 pm

This one needed more extensive work, the loom was burnt out, having had some sort of electrical fire in the past which took it off the road. I have to replace the the cam pully in the morning as I mentioned in another post it is jumping the cam belt badly. I cleaned the carb, re wired and serviced and have a really nice bike.

I gave up on the petrol tank and put a new one on! However I quite like the plastic one and may swap it for the one on my 500e which is of course nice and shiny......

The bike feels nice and 'tight' unlike one of Ellriders sheep and is clearly quite low miles.

Sterling work mate, good to see 'em kept together, up n running an all that.

Have a word with Breitlingcrosswind - he's tearing 'em apart and you're putting them together again!!
