I have a stripped down 350 engine if the parts you need are interchangeable. I think you've (via Pete) had the gears already. Post a photo of the part you need and I'll see what's there.

Is the area of the crank where the pulley sits in good condition? Sometimes the nut can come loose and let the pulley rattle around on the crank and thread. If the pulley area is ok try and get the thread recut maybe slightly smaller.

Well i have deciided i will be getting a 5 way fuse box for my mt so i can run heated grips and 12v socket of separate circuits

Edit
Went to the car shop conveniently down the road got a 6way fuse box and some bullet connectors, tomorrow i will pop to maplin to get the 12v socket

Picked up the engine today i am rather happy with it. loads of degreasing needed though :lol:
I have decided i will clean it put it in the frame get it running decide if it needs work then paint it

Well lifted the engine in to frame only took my self extremely easy to do. tomorrow i shall be working on getting the engine running then if it works it will be removed and cleaned and painted

Extremely happy. Managed to make the engine fire up didnt run it as the pipes wherent on and my duct tape carb boot was destroyed :lol: but not sucked in luckily. so i will get the boot stick the pipes on a make it run correctly.
