Well i managed to put some paint on my wheels. 2 more coats and they should be ready for tires.

Will be finished on the painting after one more coat on the wheels and two more coats on the rack. After that i will finish the engine

These are my shocks, as you can see they need finishing but i wanted to see how they would look.

As soon as the wheels are done and the forks correctly fitted the engine will be completed and painted :D

Cool job being done,
Loads of step by step pics would be handy for all us 500 owners, that have not ripped the guts out of our bikes but know we will have to one day.

Well got the crank case in half ready for putting back together after some pics are taken could be ready for painting by monday :)

AS i was putting the crakecase backtogether i measured the free play just to be sure everything was ok, but my dad noticed the thread on the crank for the pulley is badly damaged looks like it has been attacked with a hammer who knows how i missed it it never looked right but i didn't think about it just looked a wee bit rusty so this could mean a new crank or a new engine :(
