You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

The silencer (not very) is a Jardine . It was a take off from a Buell Blast (500 cc single). I had a car type glasspak on it at first but it was so loud that it was embarassing . The guy that had the Jardine on thought it was to loud, but I can live with it .

By the way that black bike in the pictures is an 2008 and I'm just ready to turn over 36,000 miles . I rode it on a "4 corners ride" in Sept. That's the 4 extremes of the continental US . It took me 20 days and the total was 11,000 miles. The only trouble I had was the next to the last day my low beam filament in my headlight burned out. The last day I rode 860 miles cause I was anxious to sleep in my own bed.

First corner was the tip of Maine on the Canadian border.

Nice rides, I like that unlike most who take such extreme trips you don't have 10 thousand things strapped to the bike. I recently did a round the US trip myself, but didn't get to all 4 corners, not that I didn't have the time, I was on the road for 3 1\2 months.
