Now being the owner of a new set of pullers and a new torque wrench I began working on the bike again - and got stuck with the first screw. The screw on the lower cam belt wheel on the crank shaft will not loosen at all. I´ve already drowned it in WD40, but still no move.
Any ideas ?

This is the nut that holds the lower crank pulley on yes? fit the crank locking bolt
if you have access to an air gun thats the way.
if not 1/2 drive bar with a length of tube on it. Best to 'crack it off' with it in gear and someone on the rear brake so you dont stress the case round the locking bolt.
Other way if you have an impact driver just to get it moving.
If it was put together properly it will have been loctite'd so wd40 wont really help for that.

Happy new year folks !
I just spend another half an hour on the bike, trying to warm up the nut - no chance ! I really don´t know what to do anymore.

get a longer breaker bar!! 4' length of scaff tube over your breaker and you should get it.
Due to the loctite they dont just suddenly come loose and can be undone with fingers. you need to wind them off with a bar all the way. I would say try an impact tool, that might crack it but it will still require some force to wind it off.

Ok, I will give it another try next time - I already found a 2" diameter steel tube almost 3 feet long, which fits over the ratchet. Thanks !

Warm the nut up, fit the pipe apply a bit of pressure then TAP! the pipe with the hammer ------ a bit of heat AND shock impact can work wonders. ----- Chris

Due to the temperature in my garage it will take a little while until I can start on it again 2°C isn´t really comfortable...

But i would NEVER use it to lock the crank to loosen the crank nut!
The case isn't very strong around the lock screw and won't hold the power you use with a long tube on the ratched.Seen already broken case...
Use a pneumatic impact driver (next tire shop e.g. has one), that's the only way that works even without locking the crank.
And it's the best way to loosen the other nuts of flywheel, clutch and sprocket, needs no lock and so no danger to break anything like spokes or so.
Speaking not just theoretically, made painful experience...
