A few notes about the weekend .

Postcode for house is SY22 5LD on the A490 .
arrival from lunchtime friday onwards

I am told the bar will be open for us on the Friday and Saturday evening , .

as in previous years, the workhouse can provide cooked breakfasts both mornings for those who want (to be paid at the weekend )

We are not providing any other food (so nothing on arrival on Friday ) . The village is about a mile away , and there is a chippy , a Chinese , couple of pubs and a Spar supermarket .

plenty of room in camping area, and beds in bunkhouse

as has been said , we are not doing organised ride out groups . hopefully informal groups can be put together between those attending going out as friends doing their own thing .

The club shop will be available , Steve Bonnielad is bringing . Please bring cash for your MT goodies ! we will have a card payment machine as well so as long as there is a phone signal we can accept card payments for the club (but please bring some cash as well just in case) .

Due to other commitments , unfortunately Gary (Minter ) is unable to attend .

We would like to have a group meeting for a short time on the Saturday evening , propose about 6.30pm in the field , re the usual club announcements and an auction of items donated .

Petrol garages , There is one a few miles to the east at Llansantffraid SY22 6AR , or west at Dafarn Newydd SY10 0LT.

please treat the venue with respect as always . we have a good relationship with the workhouse and wish to maintain that of course , it is not easy to find places where groups of bikers are welcome to pitch up for a weekend .

Had a great time at the Big Meet this weekend.
Thanks to all the MT Riders that went, those that organised it and made it possible and thanks to Darrel for taking us on a ride round somewhere in Wales.
I tried to post some photos but found it to be a total ball ache so I will put them on the Facebook thing.

Just to echo that , another great weekend , really good to see everyone and thanks to all who came along . The volunteers at Llanfyllin workhouse made us welcome as always, and the Welsh weather was kind to us too. Hope everyone got home safely.
Congratulations to our new clubman of the year, Arceye.
Auction was a great success , big thanks to our good friends at Force Motorcycles and Conwy Motorcycle club , and to Arceye, Dave and Keith for donating all the items . The auction raised £400.50 for club funds , and all the generous donations from members , and the shop sales , which all keeps our great club and forum alive .
Look forward to more events next year

Great week headed up to the lakes via Yorkshire and then down to Llanfyllin. I posted video of you lot going out for a ride on Facebook not quite military white helmets . See you down the road
