Big meet - sale items , possible raffle - volunteer?

As we are all getting together at the Big Meet , anyone attending is welcome to bring any MT related bits , bike clothing etc for sale, swap or give away as they wish

We have had an offer of a front rack donation for a raffle from Arceye - thank you

So I would like to ask , is anyone out there happy to organise and run a raffle , get a book of tickets and sell them at the event, and try and drum up some more items for raffle beforehand ? funds raised to go to MT Riders Club (we are a club which exists for the benefit of its members )

we are a bit short handed on the organisation front so we do need a volunteer please so we can do this , anyone ?

i can offer a map pouch green plastic /clear front about 12 inch square looks genuine, Velcro around handlebar good for them who dont use gps,

If no-one volunteers to run the raffle (they can be a pain in the arse), how about having an auction for all donated items?
