Big Meet 2022

Post by Bonnielad » Wed Dec 01, 2021 10:16 pm

Following the success and the positive feedback from the 2021 big meet, you will be pleased to hear that we have spoken with the Llanfyllin workhouse and arranged a repeat of the event for 2022.
The date has now been confirmed as 20th - 22nd May.
Nobody needs to do anything else for a few months but please make a note in your shiny new diaries.

Looking forward to itafter missing Jack's season opener!

I'll be there with the club shop and my tyre levers if anyone wants new tyres fitting and flywheel weights!!

Why not get your club merch order in now so you can arrive at the big meet looking smart and soldier like!

After a great weekend at Baskerville Hall with a bit of diary shuffling I should be able to make this event as well :D .

It looks like i will have to do about 250 miles in a day to get there for Friday.

I was hoping to set off on Thursday and spend 2 days getting there, but circumstances have torpedoed that plan. Possibly i could arrive Saturday morning?

No problem with that Kim. Saturday is usually ride-out day but don't set off until after 10. Normally we split into three groups: Road trip, Trail trip and those that want to just chill out at the bunkhouse so whenever you arrive, someone will be there.

Someone will be there.
I'll be down the pub as usual.
