I've booked a bed in the dormitory for the two nights. See you there.
I'll not be off-roading but will be exploring the countryside.

UPDATE - 22/01/2022

Having spoken with Bask' Hall today regards the availability of a conference room. I can confirm, that I should be able to present my 'Basic Map Reading' lesson.

Which covers
- Basic Map Reading Skills
- Identifying Byways & UCRs
- Introduction to the TRF & TRF Green Road Map

So for anyone that's coming who would like to learn a few basic map skills to take home and go out and explore by themselves. Then this lesson would be suitable for you!

Most likely be held on the Friday evening (8th) 19:00 - 21:00.

UPDATE - 28/01/2022

CATERING

Hi all,

Having taken a look at the wine & dine options for the Saturday night dinner.

I'm afraid to say, that unfortunately the nearby pub has ceased functioning as a traditional pub and primarliy operates as a hotel now (having spoken with them).

The next nearest would be in Hay, however it's about a 25+ minuite walk without street lighting over a hill. So wouldn't really be ideal :?

Therefore I will speak to Baskerville Hall in the next couple weeks to discuss catering for the Saturday night and other meals.

If you would like meals, please let me know at the earliest opertunity so I can provide them with a rough head count.

The last time I was there, food for the weekend was £30, excluding lunches, Friday Dinner > Sunday Breakfast.

Many thanks,
Jacked-Up
