Hi guys, due to a double booking at the scout hut, we will be meeting at a pub just down the road.

They have asked that if you require an evening meal that you contact them directly so that they may plan ahead.
There is no bunk house but lots of parking and a large beer garden, so bring a tent, or sleep in your car/van.
They didn't charge us to camp last time, and haven't mentioned a fee this time either, however they are not adverse to a donation, and would rather you eat and drank in their bar than being your own beer/food.
Hope this is OK, and see you all there.

1. Can marked up maps be posted to me so that I can work out the order in which to ride the lanes. This needs to happen soon-ish.

2. Alternatively, I can send my maps of the area to be marked up and then posted back to me.

If 2 above then, this too needs to happen soon-ish so that I can work out the order in which to do the lanes.

Just handing me marked up maps on the day is not really feasible.

Thanks,

Geoff

It's the future! How all meets should be, next to a pub with free camping 😁

Got a pass-out for the weekend. Have to dig out the camping gear.

I'll be sticking to the tarmac and enjoying the view.
