2019 Provisional Dates

Post by Bonnielad » Sun Dec 23, 2018 3:19 pm

Now that I've got my 2019 diary, I would like to fill it with events. Here is my list, all of these are provisional as it will rely on others to organise some and the venues to agree to have us again. Feel free to add more, make comments, criticise or whatever.
Let me stress again, not confirmed yet (unless indicated as confirmed) but we've got to have something to look forward to:

April 27th - Llanfyllin workhouse - Confirmed.
May - MCN Rally, Peterborough (attendance cancelled )
June 17/18th - Austin Vince's Twinshock Trailfinder, Pyrenees (any takers?)
July 6th - Yorkshire Dales, Bainbridge Ings Campsite, Hawes. DATE CONFIRMED.
August 30th/ Sept 1st - Ratlinghope, Shropshire. DATE CONFIRMED.
September 28th - North Wales, Carrog Station Campsite.
October 11-13th - Wye Valley . DATE CONFIRMED.
November - East Sussex (if MadStu is willing)

Let's shake the tree and see what falls out. Over to you.....

Slight change of dates (already altered on the first post) which will hopefully make the events more attractive to a wider group.
I have moved the Yorkshire Dales event forward 2 weeks: 1, to avoid the campsite being full of screaming schoolkids, and 2, because it clashed with a classic car event I want to attend.
I have also moved the North Wales event 2 weeks back. This puts it further away from the Big Meet, but closer to the Wye Valley. My main reason is that by changing this date I know more of our regular riders are available for this date.
I just hope this won't upset anybodies diaries, but that was the point of posting provisional dates this early.

Hope to see plenty of you over the coming year.

Steve

Too late now, tickets booked for a family meet up. A couple of booties a para and a tankie, should be a hoot.

I like the sound of all of them. Don't think Twinshock will happen though.
So which of these are likely to be wife friendly events just so I can miss those ? ;)
