Saturday meal Wye Valley 2018

Once again we are at the lovely Fountain Inn for our evening meal. If you would like a sweet please order at the bar as not included in weekend price. Please post your requirements together with your name and forum avatar if you have one.


Real Ale Battered Codā€ˆ(dairyā€ˆfree)

Large Atlantic cod fillet in our own crispy real ale batter, served with chunky chips, garden peas and homemade tartare sauce.

THEā€ˆFOUNTAINā€ˆBURGER

Homemade course ground British beef burger, topped with crispy bacon, Emmental cheese and barbecue sauce, in a seeded brioche bun, served with chunky chips and homemade coleslaw.

Tomato Basil Mozzerella and Tortelliniā€ˆ(vegetarian)

Classic Tortellini filled with Mozzarella cheese, sun blushed tomatoes and basil finished in a roasted tomato sauce with pesto dressed rocket and served with toasted ciabatta.

Chef's Beef Madras.

Slow cooked beef in Chef's own Madras sauce, rich in tomato, spices and fresh chillies served with rice and a side of mango chutney (Medium-Hot). Add a small portion of chips for Ā£1

Homemade Lasagne

Chef's own secret recipe lasagne, served with a crisp dressed salad and your choice of garlic bread or chunky chips.
