Easier for me to fix a bike than find a friend. And the only person I know with a sidecar is a bit too throttle happy to contemplate getting in his unit. It would be virtually committing suicide.

I survived last year, although I did get a lift back care of the RAC. I've now got a standard chain and carry a spare link, as well as spare clutch cable, cam belt, spark plug, bulbs, and inner tubes. I feel like I've got a spare bike!
