Answered to the best of my knowledge without guarantee

We understand we have sufficient space , there is a plot allocated to us.
As in Stafford days, if a few of us get there early with rolls of police incident type tape to secure the plot from encroachment that helps.
No pitches reserved in advance. No guarantees . . First come first serve for where you pitch , but probably sensible we group the motorhomes together and tents together . There is no heirarchy , size doesn't matter !
If you have a car or van you will either have to sleep in car park or come in with a tent .
Having said that , my opinion is if we find on arrival we are restricted on space , priority to those riding to the event with tents . ( Because campers are lockable in the car park , tents and bikes far less secure )

We will need to gather vehicle reg numbers etc in due course , will do a registration form for that

As I say , that is the best I know but nothing will be certain until the event .

Are we going to be expected to stay all day Sunday? Are we having our bikes on display? Do we have to display our bikes (if we have brought one)? How pissed can we get when we are there?

the answers I believe to be :

Are we going to be expected to stay all day Sunday? Yes if you have a bike or camper on our pitch it cant be moved until show closes
otherwise , if your vehicle is in outside car park you are not committed to stay .
We are going there as exhibitors , so part of the deal is we will have a display of bikes on our site all weekend

Are we having our bikes on display? Yes

Do we have to display our bikes (if we have brought one)? No, don't have to

How pissed can we get when we are there? as much as you like as long as you don't annoy anyone else too much
