2. IMPORTANT: you cannot park your car or van on our plot, with the exception of motorhome/ proper campers and Chislers truck.

So why an exception for motorhomes ? Lets get back to basics and all be under canvas without noisy generators. Or maybe we should all bring a motorhome/ camper ?
Ill let you explain that to Minter.

No problem with Gary bringing as big a motorhome as he likes with all the goodies he has to bring. ;)

Minters van is really a Securicor truck disguised as a motorhome.

That's why he likes the colour blue so much.

Just a heads-up , admin team confirm the cost for this event will be ÂŁ55 per head ,. To include weekend admission and 2 nights stay , meals and drinks .

I will put bank details up at the weekend so we can start collecting monies in and finalise attendance list

Thanks

Ian

Do we have an idea on what’s happening with the Motorhome parking? I assume it will be like other events on the perimeter?

Steve , I am informed that the show organisers will allow motorhomes on our pitch . It's a new venue of course for all of us so we really have no fine detail at all , so to some extent it will be see what happens when we get there . Ideally like we did at Stafford get a few of our members there early on the Friday and tape off our pitch so we can sort our plot out

We are allowed Chislers van and the club trailer, and bikes on site I am told . Tents will pitch on site too.
Cars , trailers and other vans will have to go in the car parks .their rules not ours

My 'Race Sporthome!' Will be in the Flat Track paddock as I support this race series as well as MT meets, CCM meets and MX meets. The fact that we can combine the 2 is great. I will also be attempting my first go at flat track racing in the mini bike class!

I will have the club shop and the usual MT and Rotax spares on the van along with all of the special tools and test equipment in case of any breakdowns!

The club shop will be open each evening after racing and be available for any repairs or fixes with priority to the flat track racers..

After that I should get chance to pop over to the club tent for any socialising and piss taking!

Hope to see you all there!
