2018 Big Meet Peterborough - Registration and payment

On behalf of the club , here are the registration and payment details for the Big Meet 2018

This will take place on the weekend of Fri 18 to Sun 20 May 2018 at the MCN Festival of Motorcycling , Peterborough , Cambridgeshire UK .

This should be in a lot of ways similar to the old Stafford format , arrival on the Friday , depart on the Sunday .A social weekend with the show to see.
We will have a static display of MT s for the visitors to look at. Club marquee and cooking facilities on our pitch.

There are no ride outs . The vehicles on site we are committed to leaving there until close of show on the Sunday, no vehicle movements.

Price of the event : £55 per person for the weekend.
For that, you will get 2 nights stay ,entrance to the show , and we will supply hot evening meal of the Friday and Saturday evening, and cooked breakfasts on the Saturday and Sunday morning, and we will also include some beers and tea & coffee.
(exact sleeping arrangements ie, where tents, motorhomes and vans are to located , and parking arrangements to be confirmed . I don't have precise details as yet but I do understand vans and cars are to be left in car parks )

If you are coming can you please arrange payment as soon as possible now , and no later than 29 April 2018. (no cash on arrival option).

Be careful to enter exact details, if incorrect your money may be taken by bank/paypal but we wont receive it !!

Please mark your payment Big Meet if possible , If I don't know your real name already, please add a note to your payment with your forum name , it saves me time tying up names to forum names .
We may need names and addresses and a registration form for ticketing , I will confirm

As always , it's an MT club members meet, our main meeting of the year , all members welcome ,and especially any who haven't been to one of our meets before. We are a friendly group, we don't take ourselves too seriously, bring a sense of humour , you will be very welcome .

Probably goes without saying, we are all grown ups, but you are responsible for your own behaviour and the safety of yourself and others , so please no illegal substances , drunken stupidity , unauthorised vehicle movements on site, etc - just common sense,

I have put a list below of those who have intended coming.
Important - If you want to be added, or have to withdraw, please post on this thread or pm me . We need to know definite numbers asap as we will be committing club money to acquiring tickets .

If you are intending coming to this event , please check to ensure your name is on the list at start of this thread . If you want to come and you're not on the list , please pm me or reply below.
If you no longer intend coming , importantly please pm or respond below

As mentioned above , please can you arrange to make payment to the club asap, and no later than Sunday 29 April 2018.
If payment has not been received by then we will assume you are not coming and have to remove your name from the attendance list .
(This is important in order that we know exact numbers attending in advance so we can budget for tickets and expenses - unfortunately in the past we have had some members put their names down , change their mind ,don't pay and don't tell us , which can potentially be a waste of club money when committing funds in advance )

Bunker will be adding an online registration form shortly to be completed by all attending with individual details

Please ensure anything added to this thread is just to do with payment and attendance

Update -

I have been informed we have now reached our maximum number, so the list is now closed.

I will start a reserve list if necessary in case anyone drops out and any spare places come up .
