Obviously they need to pay bar staff so we need to be sure it will have enough turnover to make it worth their while.
Feedback please????
I'm sure mtbandit will do his best to neck as much beer as he possibly can,

we will be aware that;

3. IMPORTANT: We are alone responsible for our behaviour. And accepting responsibility and agreeing to be bound by reason and self discipline - their will be no other groups and clubs directly around us so can fully enjoy loud pissed chat and ranting into the night. Sense and sensibility rules the day. Any member of the staff or of our Clubs Admin team can ask Mick to leave if we feel he gets too loud.
I'll try to sink a few as well if it will help. ;)

As Gary commented on facecloth, I think that after the meal, there is a greater possibility that most will stay in the pub in town. This means the bunkhouse could lose out if only a few return.

could we not stay and use the bar in the bunkhouse on friday evening
[maybee all bring cheese,meat ,bread ,crackers sausage rolls,cakes etc for tea]

then use bar at pub on sat after meal

if its worth them opening the bar for one night only?

Good idea Dave. That could actually work out well given that we will all be arriving at different times through Friday. We could also ask about using the firepit.

If we were to stay on site on Friday, as far as the beer is concerned I think it's only fair that we patronise the bunkhouse bar rather than bring our own, but I still suspect many will still want to go into town. Is anyone else getting involved in this discussion???
I'll speak to Tree and see how the land lies.

I don't mind if we drink en-suite or at the pub. Though on balance I would think Friday night would be a poor night for Tree to run a bar as I for one won't be getting wide eyed and legless :-)
