have just aquired this today.....i fancied a topbox so i went to my local army surplus store.its a waterproof box that held an electrical panel. fits a treat.

looks good. Is the a valve to the right of the handle to equalise the pressure at/after altitude??

Another excellent adaptation .I have seen these boxes before in the RAF but cant remember where.

I have a similar box which houses an Iraqi (Dutch made) nightsight I 'liberated' in the Gulf.

i was lucky...went to feltons and saw loads of night vision boxes then this one jumped out of the darkness. your right, its a tad bigger and perfect top box size.will fit a laptop in no probs.ill be going back time and time again.its a great place for equip ,clothing,boots you name it.truslack wrote:Ooo that looks better than the Night vis boxes I use, might be able to fit my laptop in one. hmmm

look out for the milan rocket cases, similar in size but plastic and very evry strong too. I saw some for Ă‚ÂŁ12 each, went to buy them but they had been sold by the time I made my mind up (d'oh!)
