Off road training day - Final details

Post by Bonnielad » Sat Jan 13, 2018 9:43 pm

It looks like we've got a total of 20 attendees for this event - Thank you that's brilliant!
A reminder of the postcode is SY22 5LD
£15 per person per night. Bunkhouse will be providing bedding so no need for sleeping bags.
Friday night: Arrive whenever you can. Options in the village for food such as pub grub or chippy.
Saturday morning: 9am. Full cooked breakfast at the Bunkhouse for £8 per head - probably enough to last us all day, all quality local food.
Saturday night: Room booked at the local pub for 8pm. Buy your own dinner, you might even want a little drinkypoos.
Sunday morning: 9am. Full cooked breakfast again, then set off home whenever you're ready.

I appreciate that numbers might fluctuate a couple either way, but if there is to big a big change in those wanting breakfast on Sunday we need to know so that they don't buy in too many sausages.

Really looking forward to this. See you all there.

Dave says the pub need an idea of who wants to eat what on Saturday night. Those wanting to eat please check the facebook page as he has posted the menu on there. Those not on facebook give me an idea on here. They want to avoid running out if everyone decides to order steak.
Thanks.
See you Friday.

Steve, unfortunately, I am one of the few that does not possess Face Book, so have no idea what is on the menu. If you happen know the name of the pub, there may be a website with the choices for us.
Failing that, pie & chips please....

Dave is aiming to be at the Workhouse from about 4.30 to meet and greet us all as we arrive. If you get there any earlier, give him a call 07980 587523.
