I don't think so , the British Forces Procurement team did not want to spend the extra money for electric start, nor gun mountdeadgrass. wrote: ↑Wed Oct 18, 2017 9:41 pmis there a british forces version of this bike ?

The Forestry Commission bought some with electric start but they weren't bothered about the gun mount
There was a Jordanian version though

i ask as i have a frame that looks authentic factory produced with a bit of paperwork ,
more research needed,would add pictures but says files too big?

Even though we have a forum member who rode them for Sheffield Parks we don't know exactly An intial batch of 5? evaluation bikes with maybe 15 more ?
As for Jordan numbers I have no idea but low I suspect
The lowest number were probably the Police evaluation models with 500 or 560 e/s Some had white fairings

Dave, if that's the original number plate on the back, it might be worth doing a freedom of information request, and see what the old Merlin computer has to say. You never know....
