WYE VALLEY SATURDAY MEAL

Once again our evening meal will be provided by the Fountain Inn. Please can you add your name/forum name and your meal requirement below. If you would like a sweet please order this on the night and is not included in the price of the weekend.


THEā€ˆFOUNTAINā€ˆBURGER

Homemade course ground British beef burger, topped with crispy bacon, Emmental cheese and barbecue sauce, in a soft brioche bun, served with triple cooked chunky chips and homemade coleslaw.

CRISPY BEER BATTERED COD ILLETS.

2 cod fillets, battered in our own crispy real ale batter, served with triple cooked chunky chips, peas, salad and our homemade tartare sauce.

PARKEND PIE.

Chef's homemade pie of the week, topped with puff pastry and served with your choice of either mashed potatoes or chips and peas.

SLOW COOKED LAMB CURRY.

Forest of Dean lamb, slowly cooked in chefs own hot and fruity sauce served with basmati rice. Add a small portion of chips for Ā£1

GREEK SALAD.

A large house salad topped with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion and marinated olives, drizzled with chefs own oregano oil.

ROASTED VEGETABLE PASTA.

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables in a rich marinara sauce on fusilli pasta, drizzled with our chef's own oregano oil and served with garlic bread.
