ok, date is geting close now , only a few weeks away so I have put a list on page 1 of this thread to include all those who have expressed an interest , so we can give Andy and Conwy MCC a good idea of how many MTRC members to expect.

Anyone else wanting to come along please can you add to this thread to be put on the list , or if you have to drop out please say so or drop me a pm.

Hi all,
I have organised a couple of guides for the Saturday if anyone wants to go out on the trails
And will need a list of people who wish to go out greenlaning
And a full list of people who are attending
For your £10 fee you will get a BBQ on the Saturday night as well
so as you can see it Is a cheap weekend.
all are welcome so please come along
And i am sure the will be loads to do.
If you don't fancy breaking yourself or your bike on the trails the will be a road group
Or if you just want to chill out you can just visit LLan fest bike weekend which is a 10 minute walk away

Further to Andy's post above , I have been asked to collect payment in advance from all MTRC members that are attending , and to confirm definite numbers .

(For the record, out of that £11 we will be passing on £10 to Conwy MCC , the other £1 is just to cover paypal bank fees )

The weekend is being organised by Conwy MCC who have very kindly invited us to join them .

Important
As mentioned above, Andy is hoping that some guides will come along for any who want to do lanes. They will be doing this as a favour.
The lanes are public rights of way, so normal rules of the road apply, and your bike must to be taxed, MOTd, insured and roadworthy. You may fall off and injure yourself and/or break your bike , on a road or a lane , and you accept that risk by joining the ride. You are responsible for your own safety and duty of care towards riders and other road users around you . Some experience of green laning is advised before doing this.
