Andy Chippy has been in touch, and our friends at the Conwy Motorcycle Club have block booked a camping field in Llangollen for the weekend, and have invited MTRC to join them. The weekend coincides with the Llangollen Bike Fest , so there will be the opportunity to visit the festival. or to independently arrange to go off exploring, and I guess some will want to go and do some lanes , so it should be a good weekend for all.
If you would be interested in attending could you please just add to this thread below, so we can get an idea of numbers ( you are not committing yourself to anything at this stage) .
Following the success of the recent Big Meet it would be good to have a gathering again later this year so this is a good opportunity.

Until Sunday midday 6th August 2017, this is the time slot that CMCC have paid for the field.
I will post how to pay later once numbers are confirmed.
If you turn up earlier or stay after midday on the Sunday you will have to pay the campsite directly.
By camping I mean anything that you turn up in be it Tent, Campervan or Caravan it doesn't matter it's £10
Electric hook up is not Guaranteed as CMCC will have first dibs.
The LLanfest bike show is on this weekend and its about a 15 minute walk from the field

I am sure Greenlaning will be available for those who want to hit the lanes and I will endeavor to supply guides.
Also included in the £10 camping fee is a BBQ on the Saturday night depending on volunteers to help us cook it
