Salisbury Plains/ Imber/ Andover Bakery Run...

Post by Bunker » Sat Nov 12, 2016 10:44 pm

On Dec 27th NOTE CORRECTION BY GODSPEED DATE IS 28th there will be the annual 'Andover Bakery Run' which is a charity event.
There are a numebr of guides who will take us for a slam around the byways of Salisbury Plains/ Stone Henge etc ending up at Imber (if you dont know about Imber - look it up).
You pay an entry fee (I think is about ÂŁ20) and you get the runs followed by a huge layout of bakery products in which you can eat as much as you like! All proceeds go to charity,

Im not sure of times yet or exact instructions but I will update with those. Anyone say 'Ai'?

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

I can get the runs cheaper than that with a couple of pints of dodgy ale.

I'm up that way over Christmas visiting my parents, I wonder if they'd like to look after their grandchild for the day while I go off and legally ride the plains ?

It's worth a try.

I'll assume you're going to behave yourself in front of 'ordinary' people rather than the usual hyperactive loon that MTers see ?

Real bike or jap crap ?
