Try Zapain, it's not so hallucinogenic as tramadol.
It's what been keeping me moving trail riding for years. ;)

anymore of you out there want to join us for a cruise around the welsh country side[ on or off road ] or just come for the day [Saturday] all welcome. looks like the weather is going to be good but then again it is wales :?: keith.

I am hoping to come for the day on Saturday, back playing up a bit so keeping to roads not doing green lanes.
Meeting in Bala town centre at 11.00am I understand, please Geg can you confirm??? ;) :D

I'll be there Friday afternoon.... I've suggested one route which would probably need an earlier start than that... Cheers.. John...
The route is all inclusive...... It includes a green lane mountain track doable by everyone plus two more green lanes which can be bypassed on the coast road by those not wanting to do them.....plus a couple of bonus surprises.....

I have got a shorter bike route than John' suggested, that goes through the Berwyn mountains, and the Ceriog valley, so maybe we could do this on Friday afternoon, or just leave it as an alternative route, for Saturday.
