Hi All
I suppose that I should post photos of the project in here rather than in "what have you done to your mt today?"
Initially I bought the bike in Jun 2015.
As you can see in some of the pictures below it was in a pretty sorry state. It had been off the road and in the previous owners garden for 12 years.
She was however, complete.
Initially I took her apart then stripped the engine down. The cam belt had snapped and the piston and valves were pretty badly coked up.
Since then the frame and all painted components have been taken back to bare metal and given a wipe over with Krust (Hammerite brand) then primed with a Upol filler primer then painted with a Matt Olive Drab enamel paint.
Thanks to the fixings kit supplied by George (P.I.STAKER) I have been able to start to re-builder her.
I am hoping to make more progress over the weekend.
Cheers
Dan

Looking great
I couldn't get away with bike parts on the dinning table
So I'll have make do with a wipe down with an oily rag
Looking forward to some more piccies

Re: Kent Project
Well, after re-assembling the bike to the stage shown in the last post, I came across a problem and the bike was now to heavy for me to move on my own. Luckily my next door neighbour was around to help me put it away and get it back out the following morning. Over the weekend I managed to get her back onto her wheels and install the handlebars, dash and the stands. (Who said the centerstand spring was difficult?)
