I have the swing arm at home now and am evaluating it. Bus at work which is slowing down time to play!

It certainly has potential to be modified, the main bit that concerns me is the cross brace is made from folded metal to create a box. In order to fit the MT wheel in and allow for a knobbly as well its going to need to be modified and strengthened as a result.

Machining spacers and bushing to fit will not be a major issue.

I am going to need a standard 500 swing arm to take measurement from though.

I will post pics in due course.

Does anyone have any MT swing arm pivot bearings, and bushes Mr Shiney can borrow to get comparison measurements from?
