Looking good. Did you need to adapt much to get that battery in ? Apart from fuse bix

not really ian ,removed the 500 battery tray , made a wooden base about 30mm thick , bolted it to the frame , fits like a glove , still gota make a retaining strap, havn't quite worked that out yet but i will be using the original 500 rubber strap, drilled the inner rear mudguard to accept the fuse box , hopefully should be more waterproof up there,, and less corrosion

You might need to work a bit more of your magic if you use the original battery strap. Mine keeps letting go. Mind you, maybe it wouldn't if I keep it upright!

You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

At long last ,, she rolled out of the garage, ,, still a few bits and bobs to deal with, exhaust is very loud, i had a baffle made but even so,, :x
i took it to see my M.O.T guy today ,, he said it would pass with a possible advisory note, but i'm working on a link pipe and ccm end can,

note the 560 rotax,, 16 tooth front sprocket, coupled with the exhaust, it's an absolute animal

i kept the apprillia rev counter for a bit of a bonus, i hav'nt painted the side panels yet, and i don't think i will, i kind of like the two tone green , it's took exactly a year, from when i picked it up at stafford last year
