Paul says you are all quite welcome to arrive on the Friday night if you prefer. He will provide food and it will give you the opportunity to join in with the road ride-out on Saturday afternoon.
Alternatively arrive any time through Saturday. I'll make sure someone will be there to meet and greet.

Here's the itinerary for the weekend:

Saturday.
12noon - Andy arranged long ride out from the Sun Inn.
2/3pm - David arranged shorter ride out (tbc).
5 ish. All arrive at the farm.
6 ish - Snacks : Chicken Curry / burgers / hot dogs, etc.
7.30 – 8.30 - Band’s first session.
8.30 – Hog Roast evening meal. Raffle
9.30 – 10.30 Band’s second session.

Drink ‘til you’re drunk. Sleep ‘til you wake.

Sunday.
Breakfast.
10 – 11am. Send off Treasure hunters.
12.30 – 1.30 Treasure hunters return.
Light meal / snacks.
2pm.- Field events.
4 ish. Presentation.
Leave when ready.

Badge will be given out for all attendees, and Trophies for:

Best rider of the day (points total).
Most desirable bike (visitors votes).
Best vintage bike.
Best Classic bike.
Best Military bike.

I have a slight problem...... The MOT expires on my bike next Friday and it's already at Paul's with the trailer. So it's likely to be a non riding event for me.

Shouldn't be a problem. If Paul gets time, your thunderbus will have a ticket by the time you arrive - but with that exhaust it might not be a pass :lol:

Haven't had time to get my bike ready (need to fit new headlight and fork seal) and doubt I'll have a van in time to bring it up for the field events, might come up in car though with my 10 year old son if children are allowed? If not I completely understand
