Top Pulley does not look at its best...

Bottom pulley is going to be skimmed and ground to take an undersized oil seal.

Nearly done on the engine. This ones a Minter 405 conversion.

Old and horrible, new and "Shiney".... I made up new spacers and concentric adjusters on the mill and lathe.

Engine back together now and ready to go into the frame.

I think you will find I am probably eccentric but I am pretty sure the adjuster is concentric.

Nearly there now. Just need some oil and a battery and I will be ready to fire it up and test the mighty 405!

Its been an interesting project as this one had been absolutely battered and used as an unregistered off roader.

I have taken what I hope is the best of my ideas and the ideas of several club members projects and produced something a little different but still in the spirit of being an MT.

Comments welcome as ever.

Next project is another Can Am!!!
