Looking forward to a few more meetings this year, and somewhere new for the Big meet next year could be interesting.
Cheers Guys
Dave.

PS Congratulations to Yoof for winning club person of the year.

In a word yes. They want all owners clubs inside next year. Real reason is we don't polish our bikes and actually ride them, look uncouth and make a noise. Bad show gentleman, bad show

When we first went to Stafford we had a limit imposed on the number of bikes we could have and were allocated showground space that had never been used before. After we had demonstrated that we could act responsibly, we were allocated another larger area but suffered because early non MT arrivals parked their huge campers on our allotted space. The following year after negotiation by Bunker, we then were allocated to the area we had this year.

The show has grown and the organisers can sell the space the club has used for far more that we have been charged whilst generating a bigger attraction to pull in the public. So we will not be offered a plot next year for commercial reasons.

Have faith, Bunker will come up with something

Would it be possible to still have an MT presence indoors, albeit on much smaller scale, just a thought.

I fail to see any logic of this, Apart from anything else , the idea of a 'Big Meet' is just that, to get everyone together.

How much for a stall, surely we could each bring some rusty crap and put a massive price ticket on each item, then justify it by telling people it's rare!
